When you sign a partnership agreement on this Site, we collect the information you submit through our forms, which may include:

2.2 Information we collect automatically

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from One World Wireless. These messages may include:

• Scheduling messages from our team to coordinate setup at your location
• Operational updates related to your active partnership
• Follow-up messages about the partnership program

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You can request help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing for purposes of operating the partnership program (for example, sharing your phone number with our SMS provider Twilio) is described below in Section 5.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use Twilio to send SMS messages, SendGrid to send email confirmations, and Google (Apps Script and Drive) to store signed agreement records. These providers process your information solely on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
• Hosting and infrastructure. Our Site is hosted by Netlify and our backend by Vercel. These services may temporarily process technical request data.
• Legal obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business transfers. If One World Wireless is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data retention

We retain signed partnership agreements and related business records for as long as your partnership is active and for a reasonable period after termination as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations. SMS opt-out preferences are retained indefinitely to honor your opt-out choice.

7. Your choices and rights

You have the following choices regarding your information:

• SMS opt-out. Reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving SMS messages from us.
• Email opt-out. Contact us at the email address below to request that we stop sending you operational emails (note: ending email contact may make it impossible to continue the partnership).
• Access, correction, and deletion. California residents and others may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you provide, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on stored records. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

Our Site and partnership program are intended for business owners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
