One World Wireless LLC is a California Lifeline wireless provider. The California Lifeline program is a federally subsidized assistance program that provides discounted wireless service to income-eligible California residents. We operate under full state and federal compliance and partner with local retail businesses and property owners across California to enroll eligible customers.
This Site offers two partnership opportunities:
Each partnership is governed by the full written agreement displayed on its respective page (/store or /property). Those agreement clauses are the binding terms of the partnership itself; these Terms govern your use of the Site.
To submit a partnership application, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the business or property listed. The partnership program operates across the state of California. We reserve the right to expand or limit our service area at any time.
When you draw your signature on our forms, type your printed name, and check the agreement confirmation box, you create a legally binding electronic signature consistent with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws including the California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. You acknowledge that this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from One World Wireless regarding your partnership application, setup coordination, and ongoing partnership operations. The earnings estimates shown on this Site are illustrative projections, not guarantees. Actual earnings depend on customer foot traffic, customer eligibility, location, time of year, and many other factors. One World Wireless does not guarantee a specific number of customer signups or any particular monthly earnings amount. Clause 8 (Local Business Partnership) and Clause 10 (Property Partnership) of the partnership agreements expressly disclaim any such guarantee.
Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, for any reason, with no penalty or notice period required. This is explicitly stated in clause 9 of the Local Business Partnership Agreement and clause 11 of the Property Partnership Agreement. Upon termination, we will continue to honor any earned but unpaid compensation owed for approved signups prior to the termination date.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the One World Wireless name and branding, and underlying code — is owned by One World Wireless LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the partnership program will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
